EVJF

The French call it EVJF (Enterrement de Vie de Jeune Fille), the English call it a bachelorette and the Americans a hen night, or is it the opposite, I can't remember. 

Regardless, a few weeks ago we organised Marie Astrid's EVJF in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

She is getting married this summer (and again in October, but let's not go there just now) with a very good Indian friend she met at our wedding! I had often heard (and seen in movies) that couples meet at weddings, but I never thought that my best friend would meet her future husband at my wedding. How life does things...
